Step 1- Turn off your phone.
Step 2- Press Volume up key + home key + power key.Now your phone will go to recovery.
Step 3- Select "wipe data factory reset" then press home.And then press home key.
Step 4-Then select reboot system now and press home key.
Your phone has been reset.
